It was fascinating to go inside Ira, and imagine all the people who had been there over hundreds of years.

Incidentally Ira, my photo of the whitewashed pub "The George Inn" is the one referred to in the church description, as frequented by J.B.Priestly. The church and the pub are just across a small bridge from each other, with the River Wharfe meandering underneath. It's a wonderfully relaxing little place to visit.
